Formales und anschauliches Erklären der grundlegenden Begriffe und Größen der Elektrotechnik, ihrer Eigenschaften und Zusammenhänge. Sicheres Beherrschen und planvolles Einsetzen der entwickelten Analyseverfahren und Rechentechniken zur Lösung elektrotechnischer Aufgaben.

Raum, Zeit, Bewegung. Körper und Teilchen. Impuls und Energie. Kraftfelder und Spannungen. Strömungsfelder und Flüsse. Physikalische Größen und Einheiten. Elektrische Ladungen, Ströme und Spannungen. Stromkreise und einfache Stromkreiselemente. Elektrische Felder. Schaltungen mit Kondensatoren. Elementare Methoden der Berechnung elektrischer Felder. Globale und lokale Eigenschaften elektrischer Felder.
